摘要
目的 研究乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎治疗中应用Vitapex糊剂的临床疗效.方法 方便选择2021年3月—2023年3月内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院口腔科收治的78例乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例.对照组应用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管填充,观察组应用Vitapex糊剂治疗.比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、患牙填充情况、不良反应发生率.结果 观察组临床疗效(92.31%)高于对照组(74.36%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.523,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的患牙填充情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果良好,能够使患者疼痛程度降低.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Vitapex paste in the treatment of sinus-type chronic apical periodontitis in deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 78 children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous sinuses admitted to the stomatology Department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Inner Mon-golia Autonomous Region from March 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The root canal of the control group was filled with zinc oxide clove oil paste,and the obser-vation group was treated with Vitapex paste.The clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS),dental fillings and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of control group(74.36%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.523,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The filling of affected teeth in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste has good clinical effect in treating chronic apical periodontitis of sinus tract type in deciduous teeth and can reduce the pain of patients.
