摘要

目的 分析磁共振T2-mapping成像检查检查用于膝骨关节炎诊断的准确性.方法 随机选取2022年8月—2023年9月句容市人民医院收治的80例疑似膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象.以关节镜检查结果为金标准,予以患者双源CT检查、磁共振横向弛豫时间定量成像(T2-mapping)检查.分析比较诊断结果.结果 80例疑似膝骨关节炎患者中,阳性64例,阴性16例.与双源CT相比,磁共振T2-mapping成像检查用于诊断膝骨关节炎准确度(97.50%)、灵敏度(98.44%)、特异度(93.75%)均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 磁共振T2-mapping成像检查用于诊断膝骨关节炎,可早期准确诊断出此病,便于及时进行治疗,具有较高的诊断效能,临床应用价值显著.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the accuracy of magnetic resonance T2-mapping imaging in diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected knee osteoarthritis admitted to Jurong People's Hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.Using the results of arthroscopy as the gold standard,the patients were examined by dual-source CT and magnetic reso-nance T2-mapping imaging.Analyzed the diagnosis results.Results Among 80 patients with suspected knee osteoarthritis,64 were positive and 16 were negative.Compared with dual-source CT,the accuracy(97.50%),sensitivity(98.44%)and specificity(93.75%)of MRI T2-mapping imaging were higher in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance T2-mapping imaging is used to diagnose knee osteoarthritis,which can accurately diagnose the disease in the early stage and facilitate timely treatment.It has high diagnostic efficiency and significant clinical application value.
