多层螺旋CT诊断胃癌的临床应用效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨对胃癌患者给予多层螺旋CT诊断后获得的临床效果.方法 简单随机选取2020年2月—2022年4月青岛市胶州中心医院收治的100例疑似胃癌患者作为研究对象.临床对所有患者均展开多层螺旋CT检查,在将病理检查作为胃癌疾病诊断金标准的前提下,对多层螺旋CT诊断效能展开分析,就各种疾病类型通过多层螺旋CT的诊断结果展开分析,就病理分期结果符合率、诊断效能展开对比.结果 多层螺旋CT诊断特异度为95.00%(19/20),灵敏度为96.25%(77/80),准确度为96.00%(96/100).多层螺旋CT与手术病理检查局限溃疡型、肿块型、弥散浸润型、浸润溃疡型诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.183、1.037、1.043、1.018,P均>0.05).手术病理检查结果显示,T1期患者10例,T2期患者12例,T3期患者36例,T4期患者22例.多层螺旋CT检查结果显示,T1期患者9例,T2期患者11例,T3期患者35例,T4期患者21例.结论 多层螺旋CT诊断方法的有效应用,可对胃癌患者的疾病类型以及病理分期加以充分明确,为后续治疗方案研究以及预后判断提供有力依据.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 suspected gastric cancer patients admitted to Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospi-tal from February 2020 to April 2022 were simple randomly selected as the study objects.Clinical multi-slice spiral CT examination was performed on all patients.Under the premise of taking pathological examination as the gold standard for the diagnosis of gastric cancer,the diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT was ana-lyzed,and the diagnostic results of multi-slice spiral CT were analyzed for various disease types,and the coinci-dence rate of pathological stage results and diagnostic efficacy were compared.Results The diagnostic specific-ity of multi-slice spiral CT was 95.00%(19/20),the sensitivity was 96.25%(77/80),and the accuracy was 96.00%(96/100).There was no significant difference in the diagnosis coincidence rate between multi-slice spi-ral CT and surgical pathology(χ2=3.183,1.037,1.043,1.018,all P>0.05).After pathological examination,10 patients belonged to stage T1,12 patients belonged to stage T2,36 patients belonged to stage T3,and 22 pa-tients belonged to stage T4.After the diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT,9 patients belonged to the T1 stage,11 patients belonged to the T2 stage,35 patients belonged to the T3 stage,and 21 patients belonged to the T4 stage.Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer patients,the effective application of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis can fully clarify the disease types and pathological stages of patients,and provide a strong basis for follow-up treatment plan research and prognosis judgment.
