摘要

目的 研究二维超声及彩色多普勒超声临床应用价值,分析其在乳腺良恶性结节诊断中的效果.方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年3月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的60例乳腺结节患者为研究对象,以手术病理诊断为金标准,实施二维超声、彩色多普勒超声,对不同诊断方案的价值进行评估.结果 病理诊断显示良性40例,恶性20例;彩色多普勒超声诊断良性41例,恶性19例;二维超声诊断良性47例,恶性13例.彩色多普勒超声灵敏度、准确度均高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);彩色多普勒超声对不同类型乳腺结节的诊断符合率高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断具有较高的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,且对良恶性结节的鉴别诊断以及不同类型乳腺结节的检出有积极意义,可以指导后续针对性治疗措施的实施.

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color dop-pler ultrasound,and to analyze their effects in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods 60 patients with breast nodules admitted to Jining Yanzhou District People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as research objects.Surgical pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard,and two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound were implemented to evaluate the value of different diagnostic protocols.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that 40 cases were benign and 20 cases were malignant.color doppler ultrasound diagnosed 41 cases as benign and 19 cases as malignant.two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosed 47 cases as benign and 13 cases as malignant.The sensitivity and accuracy of color doppler ultrasound were higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of different types of breast nodules was higher than two-dimensional ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and has positive significance in the differen-tial diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules and the detection of different types of breast nodules,which can guide the implementation of subsequent targeted therapeutic measures.
