门诊卵巢子宫内膜异位症的多模态磁共振成像诊断价值及其临床意义

摘要
目的 研究门诊卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者应用多模态磁共振成像(Multimodal Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)诊断的效果.方法 便利选取2019年1月—2023年1月南通市第四人民医院妇科门诊收治的88例疑似卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,以病理诊断为金标准,均接受CT、MRI检查,分析诊断结果.结果 MRI检查的准确度(95.45%)高于CT检查(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI检查的灵敏度(95.00%)、特异度(96.43%)、阳性预测值(98.28%)及阴性预测值(90.00%)高于CT检查(83.33%、71.43%、86.21%、66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);MRI检查的诊断符合率(95.00%)高于CT检查(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.227,P<0.05).结论 MRI诊断门诊卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者可提高诊断准确性、明确患者疾病严重程度,具有较高的灵敏度及特异度,为后续疾病诊疗可提供数据支持.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of application of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)diagnosis in outpatient ovarian endometriosis patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with suspected ovarian endometriosis admitted to the gynecological clinic of Nantong Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects,with pathological diagnosis as the gold stan-dard,all underwent CT and MRI examination,and the diagnostic results were analyzed.Results The accuracy of MRI examination was 95.45%(84/88)higher than 79.55%(70/88)of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MRI sensitivity(95.00%),specificity(96.43%),positive predictive value(98.28%)and negative predictive value(90.00%)were higher than 83.33%,71.43%,86.21%,66.67%of CT ex-amination and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic concordance rate for MRI(95.00%)was higher than for CT(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P<0.05).Conclusion MRI diagnosis of outpatient ovarian endometriosis patients can improve the diagnostic accuracy,clarify the severity of the patient's disease,with high sensitivity and specificity,for the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of the disease can provide data support.
