摘要
目的 分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗期间应用震动排痰仪的影响.方法 方便选取2022年10月—2023年10月甘肃中医药大学诊治的92例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例.对照组开展常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合震动排痰仪治疗,对比两组治疗效果.结果 研究组24 h排痰量多于对照组,研究组的咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸急促和肺啰音改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组肺功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后 3、7 d经皮血氧饱和度为(94.54±2.17)%、(95.98±1.62)%,高于对照组的(90.84±3.23)%、(92.17±1.22)%,差异有统计学意义(t=6.448、12.741,P均<0.05).结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗期间,予以震动排痰仪的疗效显著.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of vibration expectoration apparatus on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during treatment.Methods 92 COPD patients diagnosed and treated in Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Conventional treatment was carried out in the control group,and the study group was treated with vibration expectoration apparatus on the basis of the control group,and the thera-peutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The 24 h sputum output of the study group was more than that of the control group,and the improvement time of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The pulmonary function index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Percutaneous blood oxygen saturation(94.54±2.17)%and(95.98±1.62)%in the study group were higher than those in the control group(90.84±3.23)%and(92.17±1.22)%on day 3 and day 7 after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.448,12.741,both P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of the vibratory expectorant instrument during the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is remarkable and worthy of popularization.
