揿针联合中药外治儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨揿针联合中药外治儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 随机选取2020年3月—2023年5月江苏省仪征市中医院收治的80例变应性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=40)予氯雷他定治疗,观察组(n=40)在氯雷他定治疗同时予揿针联合中药外治干预.比较两组临床疗效,评估鼻炎症状与伴随症状量表评分,并检测白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)、转化生长因子-β1(Transforming Growth Factor-β1,TGF-β1)评估炎症反应.结果 观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组鼻炎症状(2.75±0.81)分、伴随症状(1.85±0.60)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.588、8.700,P均<0.05).治疗后观察组IL-10、TGF-β1高于对照组,IL-17低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对儿童变应性鼻炎予揿针联合中药外治干预疗效确切,能改善患儿鼻炎症状与炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of press-needle combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine for external treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods Eighty children with allergic rhi-nitis admitted to Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from March 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with loratadine,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with snap needles combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the scores of rhinitis symptoms and concomitant symptoms were evaluated,and interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were detected to evaluate the inflammatory response.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).After treatment,the rhinitis symptom(2.75±0.81)points and accompanying symptom(1.85±0.60)points of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.588,8.700,both P<0.05).After treatment,IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and IL-17 was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of press-needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine for external treatment for allergic rhinitis in children is accurate,and it can improve the symptoms of rhinitis and inflammatory response of the patients.
