芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果及对心室重构的影响分析

摘要
目的 探讨对慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者应用芪苈强心胶囊+沙库巴曲缬沙坦的治疗效果及对其心室重构的影响.方法 随机选取2022年8月—2023年10月胶州市中医医院接诊的80例慢性心衰患者为研究对象,依照随机数表法分为观察组及对照组,各40例.对照组应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组应用芪苈强心胶囊+沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、心功能情况及炎性因子水平.结果 观察组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.440,P<0.05).观察组心功能相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对慢性心衰患者实行芪苈强心胶囊+沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,能够有效抑制炎性因子,促进患者的心功能恢复,改善其心室重构,进一步提升治疗有效性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the application of Qili Qiangxin capsule+sa-cubitril valsartan in patients with chronic heart failure and the effect on their ventricular remodeling.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Jiaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into ob-servation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,while the observation group was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule+sacubitril valsartan.The effective rate of treatment,cardiac function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.440,P<0.05).The cardiac function related indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic heart failure patients with Qili Qiangxin capsule+sacubitril valsartan can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of cardiac function,alleviate the ventricular remodeling of the patients,and further enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
