急性胰腺炎患者使用复方大柴胡汤进行治疗的效果分析

摘要
目的 研究并分析复方大柴胡汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年11月武山县中医医院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组50例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在常规西药治疗的基础上联合复方大柴胡汤治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果、症状改善时间、炎症因子指标水平.结果 研究组临床治疗效果(98.00%)优于对照组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.891,P=0.026).与对照组相比,研究组临床症状改善时间更短,炎症因子指标水平更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对急性胰腺炎患者使用复方大柴胡汤治疗,能够有效降低患者炎症指标水平,缓解相关临床症状,具有良好的临床治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of compound Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis who were admitted to Wushan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with compound Dachaihu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical treatment effect,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor index levels were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the study group(98.00%)was better than that of the control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P=0.026).Compared with the control group,the improvement time of clinical symptoms was shorter and the levels of inflammatory factors were better in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The use of com-pound Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,relieve the related clinical symptoms,and has an ideal clinical treatment effect.
