分析中西医结合疗法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的效果

摘要
目的 研究甲状腺功能亢进症中西医结合疗法的效果.方法 回顾性选取2020年8月—2023年8月广安门医院济南医院收治的80例甲状腺功能亢进症患者为研究对象.通过随机数表法分为西医组和中西医结合组,各40例.西医组提供西医治疗,中西医结合组接受中西医结合疗法治疗,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、甲状腺指标水平.结果 与西医组相比,中西医结合组的治疗有效率更高(97.50%vs 82.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).中西医结合组不良反应发生率低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).中西医结合组的甲状腺激素总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、总甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素水平均低于西医组,血清促甲状腺素水平高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对甲状腺功能亢进症患者予中西医结合疗法治疗,可改善甲状腺功能指标.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for hyperthyroidism.Methods Retrospective selection 80 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Jinan Hos-pital of Guang'anmen Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 as the study subjects.They were divided into western medicine group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group according to random number table method,40 cases each group.The western medicine group provides western medicine treatment,and the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group received integrated Chinese and western medicine.The etficaly,the occurence of adverse reactions,and thyroid index levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the Western medicine group,the treatment efficiency was higher in com-bine traditional Chinese and western medicine group(97.50%vs 82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).The incidence of adverse reactions in combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The levels of thyroid hormones total triiodothyronine,total thyroxine,free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine in combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than those in the western medicine group,and the serum thyrotropin was higher than that in the western medicine group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hyperthyroidism with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can improve the thyroid function indexes.
