膝骨关节炎应用中西医结合综合康复疗法治疗的疗效分析

摘要
目的 研讨在膝骨关节炎治疗过程中应用中西医结合综合康复疗法治疗的临床疗效.方法 便利选取2021年1月—2023年1月无锡市康复医院收治的56例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例,两组患者均实施综合康复疗法,以此为基础,对照组实施西医治疗,观察组实施中西医结合治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、预后恢复效果及炎症因子水平.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.720,P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组膝关节功能评估表评分更低,运动功能评估下肢活动功能量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合综合康复疗法在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用,可明显提高患者治疗效果,改善膝关节功能,并能有效降低炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 56 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group,and the patients in the groups were implemented comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,based on this,the control group imple-mented Western medicine treatment,and the observation group implemented combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment,comparing the clinical efficacy,prognostic recovery effect and inflammatory factor level of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.720,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores on the knee joint function assessment scale and higher scores on the limb activity function scale of the motor function assess-ment,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of inflam-matory factor levels was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with knee osteoarthritis can signifi-cantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the function of the knee joint,and effectively reduce the inflammatory response.
