摘要

目的 分析皮内针埋针内关穴防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的价值.方法 方便选取2023年1-11月安徽省濉溪县中医医院诊治的84例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,采取摸球法进行分组处理,将42例纳入对照组,其余42例纳入研究组.术后全部患者给予常规药物预防恶心呕吐,研究组加用皮内针埋针内关穴.比较两组恶心情况、呕吐情况、应激反应、恢复情况.结果 研究组恶心发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组呕吐发生率为0,低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.487,P<0.05).防治后,研究组应激反应、恢复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 实施皮内针埋针内关穴可以提高防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐的效果,还有助于减轻应激反应,提高恢复效率.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of intradermal needle embedding at Neiguan acupoint for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 84 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients diagnosed and treated in Suixi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anhui Province from January to November 2023 were conveniently selected and grouped by ball-touching method.42 cases were included in the control group,and the other 42 cases were included in the study group.All patients were given conventional drug to prevent nausea and vomiting,and the study group added intradermal needles embedding at Neiguan acupoint.The nausea,vomiting,stress response and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nausea in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vomiting in the study group was 0,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.487,P<0.05).The stress response and recovery of the study group after prevention and treatment were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclu-sion The implementation of intradermal needle embedding Neiguan acupoint in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the prevention and treatment effect,and also help to reduce the stress reaction and improve the recovery efficiency.
