3D打印技术辅助微导管塑形在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中的应用探讨

摘要
目的 探讨颅内动脉瘤栓塞术采用3D打印技术辅助微导管塑形的效果与应用价值.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年6月于宿迁市中医院接受颅内动脉瘤栓塞术治疗的90例患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组.对照组(n=45)采取传统栓塞术方式,观察组(n=45)采取3D打印技术辅助微导管塑形方式.比较两组的治疗效果、术前准备及术中操作所用时间;对患者进行为期3个月的随访,评估两组患者的预后恢复情况及生存质量.结果 两组治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组术前准备及术中操作时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).预后评估结果显示;观察组格拉斯哥预后(Glasgow Outcome Scale,GOS)评分为(4.52±0.18)分,高于对照组,改良Rankin量表(Modified Rankin Scale,MRS)评分为(1.35±0.17)分,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=35.787、43.201,P均<0.05).此外,观察组术后生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床以栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤疾病时可采用3D打印技术辅助微导管塑形方式,疗效确切,手术时间短,患者预后质量佳.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and application value of 3D printing technology to assist microcatheter shaping in intracranial aneurysm embolization.Methods A total of ninety patients who received embolization of intracranial aneurysms in Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and grouped into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group(n=45)underwent traditional embolization,and the observation group(n=45)underwent 3D printing technology assisted microcatheter shaping.The treatment ef-fect,the time spent on preoperative preparation and intraoperative operation was compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the prognosis and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and the time of preoperative preparation and operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The results of prognosis evaluation showed that the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score of observation group[(4.52±0.18)points]was higher than that of control group,the Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score[(1.35±0.17)points]was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=35.787,43.201,both P<0.05).In addition,the postoperative quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of in-tracranial aneurysm disease,3D printing technology can be used to assist microcatheter shaping.The effect is accurate,the operation time is short,the prognosis of patients is good.
