负压封闭引流技术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床研究

摘要
目的 探究负压封闭引流(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)治疗肛周脓肿的效果.方法 简单随机选取2023年1-11月齐齐哈尔市第一医院收治住院的肛周脓肿患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例.观察组采用VSD技术,对照组采用传统的手术方法.比较两组临床治疗疗效.结果 两组术中出血量、住院时间、伤口创面脱落时间、伤口愈合时间和疼痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.491,P<0.05).结论 采用VSD技术治疗高位肛周脓肿,可缩短患者术后恢复时间,加速创面的愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,减少住院时间,有效防止并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on perianal ab-scess.Methods Sixty patients with perianal abscess admitted to the Qiqihar First Hospital from January to No-vember 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the VSD technique,while the control group was treated with the traditional surgical method.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results There were statistically significant differ-ences in blood loss,hospital stay,wound shedding time,wound healing time and pain score between the two groups(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of con-trol group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.491,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of negative pressure sealing drainage technology in the treatment of high perianal abscess patients can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,accelerate the healing time of the wound,reduce the pain of patients,re-duce the length of hospital stay of patients,and effectively prevent the occurrence of complications.
