腹腔镜手术治疗急腹症患者的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的 分析腹腔镜手术对急腹症患者的治疗效果.方法 方便选取2019年1月—2023年9月于江苏省盱眙县中医院普外科就诊的67例急腹症患者为研究对象,以术式为分组原则,分为对照组(n=33,传统开腹手术)和观察组(n=34,腹腔镜手术).比较两组手术情况、术后恢复情况,统计术后并发症并分析差异.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术用时更短、出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组患者术后首次排气及下床、住院时间均短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)分数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率仅有5.88%,低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.584,P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术治疗急腹症患者具备手术用时短、安全性高、疼痛感轻和康复速度快等优点.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with acute abdo-men.Methods A total of 67 patients with acute abdomen who visited the General Surgery Department of Xuyi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=33,traditional open surgery)and an observation group(n=34,laparoscopic surgery)based on the surgical method.The surgical situ-ation and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups,the postoperative complications were counted,and the differences were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter surgical time and less bleeding,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The observation group had shorter first postoperative exhaust,getting out of bed and hospitalization time compared to the control group,and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score was lower than the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was only 5.88%,lower than the control group's 27.27%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.584,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment of patients with acute abdomen has the advantages of short operation time,high safety,light pain and rapid recovery.
