低频电子脉冲治疗仪治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果研究

摘要
目的 探究产后尿潴留实施低频电子脉冲仪治疗的效果.方法 随机选取2022年10月—2023年10月巨野县人民医院收治的50例产后尿潴留患者为研究对象,用抽签法分为传统组和治疗组,每组均25例.传统组使用传统诱导排尿治疗,治疗组增加低频电子脉冲治疗仪治疗.监测两组患者的尿动力学指标,观察恢复情况,统计有效率.结果 治疗前,两组患者的膀胱逼尿肌收缩力和膀胱顺应性对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.417、0.126,P均>0.05).治疗后,治疗组患者的膀胱逼尿肌收缩力和膀胱顺应性优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.376、17.530,P均<0.05).治疗组患者的残余尿量低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组患者的30 min自行排尿率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.882,P=0.015).治疗组患者的总有效率(100.00%)高于传统组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.556,P=0.018).结论 使用低频电子脉冲治疗仪治疗患者的有效率高,能恢复尿动力学状态,优化排尿效果,加快子宫复旧,控制出血量,利于改善产后尿潴留患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of low frequency electronic pulse meter on postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 50 cases of postpartum urinary retention patients admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and were randomly di-vided into the traditional group and the treatment group by lot drawing,with 25 cases in each group.The tradi-tional group used traditional induction urination therapy,while the treatment group added low-frequency elec-tronic pulse therapy equipment.The urodynamic indexes were monitored,the recovery situation was observed,and the effective rates were calculated of both groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no statisti-cally significant difference in detrusor contractionality and bladder compliance between the two groups of pa-tients(t=0.417,0.126,both P>0.05).After treatment,the detrusor contractile force and bladder compliance of the treatment group were better than those of the traditional group,and the differences were significant(t=7.376,17.530,both P<0.05).The residual urine volume of the treatment group was lower than that of the tradi-tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous urination at 30 min of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=5.882,P=0.015).The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group(100.00%)was higher than that in the traditional group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.556,P=0.018).Conclusion The low frequency electronic pulse therapy instrument has high efficiency,can re-store the urodynamic state,optimize the effect of urination,accelerate uterine relapse,control the amount of blood loss,and improve the quality of life of patients with postpartum urinary retention.
