中西医联合治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床进展

摘要
随着乙肝患病人数的增多,乙肝肝硬化患者人数呈逐年上升趋势,若未接受有效救治,随病情发展不仅会加重肝功能损伤,还可能发展成肝癌,危及患者生命安全.现代医学以西医药物治疗为主,效果有限.随着中医学的推广应用,考虑采取中西医联合治疗,充分发挥两种治疗方式的优势,对提高临床疗效有积极影响.本文结合既往文献资料针对乙肝肝硬化的中医、西医治疗现状及中西医联合治疗效果展开综述,以期为乙肝肝硬化临床治疗方式的选择提供新思路.
Abstract
With the increase in the number of patients with hepatitis B,the number of patients with hepa-titis B cirrhosis is increasing year by year.If they do not receive effective treatment,as the disease progresses,it will not only aggravate liver function damage,but may also develop into liver cancer,endangering the patient's life.Modern medicine is mainly based on Western medicine treatment,and the effect is limited.With the pro-motion and application of traditional Chinese medicine,consider adopting combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments to give full play to the advantages of both treatment methods,which will have a positive impact on improving clinical efficacy.This article combines previous literature to summarize the cur-rent status of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and the ef-fects of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,with a view to providing new ideas for the selection of clinical treatment methods for hepatitis B cirrhosis.
