柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的疗效分析

摘要
目的 对柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的实际效果进行研究.方法 方便选取2022年1-12月罗定市中医院收治的64例肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组32例.对照组接受多潘立酮片等常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗,疗程为4周.比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、功能性消化不良生存质量量表(Functional Digestive Dysfunction Quality of Life Scale,FDDQL)总积分和安全性.结果 治疗后,治疗组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.335,P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组FDDQL积分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组安全性较好,均无不良反应.结论 柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To study the actual effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction plus reduction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods 64 patients with func-tional dyspepsia of lever depression and spleen deficiency type admitted to Luoding Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conven-tional treatment such as domperidone tablets,and the treatment group was treated with the addition or reduction of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,total score of Functional Digestive Dysfunction Quality of Life Scale(FDDQL)and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treat-ment group was 96.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=6.335,P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FDDQL score of the treat-ment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had good safety and no adverse reactions.Conclusion The effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction plus reduction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type is remark-able.
