心脉隆注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗高龄慢性心力衰竭效果分析

摘要
目的 评估心脉隆注射液+环磷腺苷葡胺(meglumine cyclic adenosine phosphate,MCA)应用在高龄慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者治疗中的效果.方法 方便选取2020年7月—2021年12月仪征市人民医院收治的82例高龄CHF患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法分为观察组(41例,给予心脉隆注射液+MCA)和对照组(41例,给予MCA),对比两组患者临床疗效、超声参数、心力衰竭标志物、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗前,两组患者超声参数、心力衰竭标志物比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、超声参数、胰岛素生长因子-1高于对照组,肌钙蛋白T、N末端脑钠肽前体低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,对照组不良反应总发生率(7.32%)与观察组(14.63%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.123,P>0.05).结论 对高龄CHF患者实施心脉隆注射液+MCA治疗,安全性高,可以提高整体疗效,改善心功能.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xinmelong injection plus meglumine cyclic adenosine phosphate(MCA)in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 82 el-derly CHF patients admitted to Yizheng People's Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(41 cases,given Xinmerong injection and MCA)and control group(41 cases,given MCA)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,ultra-sonic parameters,markers of heart failure and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ultrasound parameters and heart failure markers between two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,ultrasound pa-rameters,and insulin growth factor 1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while troponin T and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant differ-ence in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group(7.32%)and the observation group(14.63%)(χ2=1.123,P>0.05).Conclusion Xinmelong injection+MCA treatment for elderly patients with CHF has high safety,and can improve the overall efficacy and cardiac function.
