摘要
目的 探究糖尿病肾病患者运用利格列汀联合参芪地黄汤治疗的疗效.方法 随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组30例.对照组提供利格列汀治疗,研究组提供利格列汀联合参芪地黄汤治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、中医症状评分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(96.67%vs 70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.680,P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 利格列汀联合参芪地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病的效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ligagliptin combined with Shenqi Dihuang decoc-tion on diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Guangzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to Sep-tember 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random num-ber table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ligogliptin,and the study group was treated with ligogliptin combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.Comparing the total therapeutic ef-fective rate,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,24 h urinary protein quantity,urinary microalbumin,urinary albumin excretion rate,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels were compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.680,P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h urinary protein quantity,urinary micro-albumin and urinary albumin excretion rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy were treated with ligagliptin combined with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction with remarkable effect.
