摘要

目的 分析气阴两虚型2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者采用参芪降糖颗粒与预混胰岛素联合治疗的效果.方法 便利选取2022年8月—2023年7月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的102例T2DM气阴两虚型患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组.研究组(51例)采用参芪降糖颗粒与预混胰岛素联合治疗,对照组(51例)仅采用预混胰岛素治疗.比较两组血糖指标、中医证候积分、胰岛功能与不良反应情况.结果 治疗3个月后,与对照组相比,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白值均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组中医证候积分为(6.02±1.42)分,低于对照组的(8.03±1.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.326,P<0.05).与对照组相比,研究组胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,胰岛素抵抗指数更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 气阴两虚型T2DM患者采用预混胰岛素与参芪降糖颗粒联合治疗有效保障了血糖控制效果,缓解相关症状,改善胰岛功能,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of the combined treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency type 2 dia-betes mellitus type 2(T2DM)patients with the combination of Shenqi Jiangtang granules and premixed insulin.Methods A total of 102 T2DM patients with Qi and Yin deficiency treated in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from August 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The study group(51 cases)was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with premixed insulin,while the control group(51 cases)was treated with premixed insulin only.Blood glucose indicators,TCM syndrome score,islet function and adverse re-actions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(HBA1c)values in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group(6.02±1.42)points was lower than that of the control group(8.03±1.35)points,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(t=7.326,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the islet β cell function in-dex was higher and the insulin resistance index was lower in the study group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of premixed insulin and Shenqi Ji-angtang granules in T2DM patients with deficiency of qi and yin effectively guaranteed the effect of glycemic control,alleviated the related symptoms,and improved the function of pancreatic islets,which is of higher clini-cal application value.
