摘要

目的 比较在牙周病修复治疗中分别使用固定义齿与活动义齿的效果.方法 简单随机选取2020年1月—2022年12月南通市口腔医院收治的50例牙周病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=25,活动义齿修复)和观察组(n=25,固定义齿修复).对比两组修复前后的口腔健康影响程度量表(Oral Health Impact Profile-14,OHIP-14)评分、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、咀嚼效率及临床修复效果.结果 观察组修复后OHIP-14评分、SBI均较修复前下降且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组咀嚼效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P=0.049).观察组的修复效果为92.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.030,P=0189).结论 与活动义齿相比,在牙周病修复治疗中固定义齿的效果更理想,可提高患者的咀嚼能率,降低出血风险,改善口腔状况.

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of using fixed denture and removable denture in periodontal disease restorative treatment respectively.Methods Fifty patients with periodontal disease admitted to Nantong Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=25,movable denture restoration)and observation group(n=25,fixed denture restoration)according to random number table method.The Oral Health Impact Pro-file-14(OHIP-14)scores,sulcus bleeding index(SBI)before and after restoration,masticatory efficiency and clinical restoration effect of the two groups were compared.Results The OHIP-14 and SBI scores of the obser-vation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.357,P=0.049).The restorative effect of 92.00%was higher in the observation group than 80.00%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(χ2=3.030,P=0189).Conclusion Compared with removable denture,fixed denture is more effective in periodontal disease restorative treatment,which can improve the chewing ability of patients,reduce the risk of bleeding,and improve the oral condition.
