口服胃肠超声造影检查在胃十二指肠疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的 分析胃十二指肠疾病诊断中应用口服胃肠超声造影检查的作用价值.方法 随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月临沂老年医院收治的50例疑似胃十二指肠疾病患者为研究对象,将最终病理检查结果视为诊断的金标准,所有患者均接受口服胃肠超声造影检查、肠胃镜检查.对比两种检测方法的检出结果、诊断效能、舒适情况.结果 病理检查结果显示,胃溃疡18例、胃炎12例、十二指肠炎10例、胃癌4例、胃息肉6例.口服胃肠超声造影检查符合率(94.00%)低于肠胃镜检查符合率(100.00%),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.092,P>0.05).结论 胃十二指肠疾病诊断中口服胃肠超声造影检查精准度略低于肠胃镜检查,但患者舒适评价更高,诊断效能可以满足临床需求.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of the application of oral gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ul-trasound in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected gastroduo-denal diseases admitted to Linyi Geriatric Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.The final pathological examination results were regard as the gold standard for diagnosis,and all the patients were subjected to oral gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and gastroenteroscopy.The de-tection results,diagnostic efficacy,and comfort were compared.Results Pathologic examination results showed 18 cases of gastric ulcer,12 cases of gastritis,10 cases of duodenitis,4 cases of gastric cancer,and 6 cases of gastric polyps,totaling 50 cases.The compliance rate of oral gastrointestinal ultrasonography(94.00%)was lower than gastroenteroscopy(100.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.092,P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of oral gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastroduode-nal diseases is slightly lower than that of gastroenteroscopy,but the patient comfort evaluation of this examina-tion is higher,and the diagnostic efficacy can meet the clinical diagnostic needs.
