摘要
目的 探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心律失常患者接受24 h动态心电图诊断的临床价值.方法 简单随机选取2020年5月—2022年12月湘潭市中心医院心电生理科就诊的30例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受24 h动态心电图与常规心电图检查,以最终临床诊断为金标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断效能、心脏节律诊断符合率.结果 24 h动态心电图的灵敏度(100.00%)、准确度(100.00%)、漏诊率(100.00%)均优于常规心电图(86.66%、86.66%、13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).24 h动态心电图诊断室性心律失常、房室性传导阻滞、短阵室上性心动过速筛查率高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 冠心病心律失常患者诊断中应用24 h动态心电图更加精准,诊断符合率更高,对心律失常的诊断效能优势明显.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 24 h holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods A total of 30 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were treated in the Department of Cardioelectrophysiol-ogy of Xiangtan Central Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were simply randomly selected as the study subjects.All of them received 24 h holter electrocardiogram(dynamic data group)and routine electrocardiogram(routine data group)examination,and the final clinical diagnosis was the gold standard.The diagnostic effi-ciency and the diagnosis coincidence rate of heart rhythm of the two examination methods were compared.Re-sults The sensitivity(100.00%),accuracy(100.00%),and missed diagnosis rate(100.00%)of the dynamic data group were all superior to 86.66%,86.66%,and 13.33%of the conventional data group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The screening rate of ventricular arrhythmia,atrioventricular block,and short paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in the dynamic data group were higher than those in the con-ventional data group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 24 h holter electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia was more ac-curate,the diagnosis coincidence rate was high,and the diagnostic efficiency was obvious.
