摘要

目的 探究高危儿管理中小儿推拿联合手法干预的应用效果.方法 随机选取2021年4月—2023年4月银川市妇幼保健院儿童保健科高危儿管理门诊收治的70例1岁以内的高危儿为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例.对照组予以常规手法干预治疗,治疗组予以常规手法干预联合小儿推拿治疗,治疗6个疗程后评定两组的干预效果,对比治疗有效率、Ashworth量表分级.结果 干预后,治疗组体重、身长、头围和Ashworth量表分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.968,P<0.05).结论 在高危儿管理中实行小儿推拿联合手法干预,可促进患儿身体发育,改善肌张力,提高治疗效果.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of pediatric Tuina combined with manipulative intervention in the management of high-risk infants.Methods Seventy cases of high-risk children within 1 year of age attending the outpatient clinic of high-risk child management in the Department of Pediatric Health Care of Yinchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 35 cases.The control group was treated with conventional manipula-tive interventions,and the treatment group was treated with conventional manipulative interventions combined with pediatric Tuina,and the intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated after 6 courses of treatment,comparing the treatment efficiency and Ashworth scale grading.Results After the intervention,the body weight,length,head circumference and Ashworth scale grading of the treatment group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment total efficiency of the treatment group was 97.14%,higher than that of the control group,which was 82.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.968,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pediatric massage combined with manipulative intervention in the management of high-risk children can promote the physical development of the children,improve muscle tone,and improve the therapeutic effect.
