热毒宁联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期作用分析
Role of Reduning Combined with Western Drugs in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要
目的 探讨热毒宁联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)的临床作用.方法 便利选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省曹县人民医院收治的66例AECOPD患者为研究对象.按照随机数表法分为对照组(西药治疗)与观察组(西药+热毒宁治疗),每组33例.比较两组疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后炎症因子水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.243,P=0.039).治疗后,观察组炎症因子白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitiv-ity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在西药治疗基础上联合热毒宁治疗AECOPD,不仅能更好地促进炎症因子改善,还可明显提升患者的临床疗效,但不会增加不良反应发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reduning combined with Western drugs in the treat-ment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Sixty-six cases of AECOPD patients admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(Western medicine treatment)and the observation group(Western medicine+Reduning treatment)according to the randomized nu-merical table method,with 33 cases in each group.The efficacy,adverse reactions,and inflammatory factors be-fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the observa-tion group was 93.94%,which was higher than 75.76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.243,P=0.039).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),hyper-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion AECOPD can not only better promote the improvement of inflammatory factors by combining with Reduning treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment,but also significantly enhance the clinical efficacy of patients without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
