Objective To uses the combined technology of intrauterine contrast-enhanced ultrasound and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound to stage endometrial cancer, and analyzes the diagnostic performance of dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology for staging endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 45 patients with suspected endometrial cancer admitted to Hubei Aerospace Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects. All examinations were carried out using two-dimensional ultrasound technology, combined technology of intrauterine ultrasound contrast-enhanced ultrasound and intra-venous contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The surgical pathology was the"gold standard",the effectiveness of dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology in diagnosing the clinical staging of endometrial cancer was observed. Results Using surgical pathology as the gold standard,39 cases of endometrial cancer were detected among 45 cases of suspected endometrial cancer. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology are higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound technology, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology in diagnosing stage Ia,stage Ib and stage Ⅱ endometrial cancer(88.89%,100.00%,100.00%)were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound technology(44.44%,75.00%,55.56%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.000,4.571,5.143,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the coincidence rate between dual contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology and two-dimensional ultra-sound technology in diagnosing endometrial stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of so-nohysterography and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound can improve the diagnostic level of endometrial cancer staging, especially in the staging diagnosis of stage Ia,stage Ib and stage Ⅱ,which is superior to two-dimensional ultrasound technology.
