Effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills Combined with Atorvastatin on Cardiac Function and Inflammation Indexes in Elderly Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Complicated with Dys-lipidemia
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound Danshen dripping pills Combined with Atorvastatin in elderly patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)complicated with dyslipidemia.Meth-ods A total of 90 elderly patients with CAD complicated with dyslipidemia admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group(atorvastatin,n=45)and the observation group(compound Danshen dropping pills+atorvastatin,n=45)by random number table method.The blood lipid index,heart function,blood rheol-ogy,inflammatory factors and clinical index of the two groups were compared.Results Low density lipoprotein cholesterol was(3.01±0.23)mmol/L in observation group,which was lower than(3.61±0.33)mmol/L in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.006,P<0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group was higher than that in the control group,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,all cardiac functions were significantly improved in both groups,and the indexes in the observation group were bet-ter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Hemoglobin in the two groups was significantly increased after treatment,while fibrinogen and blood viscosity were signifi-cantly decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).All inflammatory indexes of two groups decreased after treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and hospital stay in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with CAD complicated by dyslipidemia,the use of compound Danshen dropping pills plus atorvastatin can not only improve the inflammatory indicators and blood lipid levels of patients,but also improve the cardiac function of patients,with a very significant effect.
