Objective To explore the clinical efficacy analysis of chemotherapy combined with immuno-therapy in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Zao-zhuang Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy.The short-term efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,lymphocyte counts and survival in-dexes of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate and clinical control rate of the ob-servation group were 62.79%and 86.05%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group 39.53%and 65.12%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.654,5.103,both P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group compared to that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The lymphocyte count in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the 1-year survival rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effi-cacy of chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer is remarkable,which can effectively improve the immunosuppression,reduce the immune injury caused by chemotherapy,and enhance the inhibitory power against tumor.
