Objective To compare the value of ultrasound elastography, conventional ultrasound single and combined application in breast cancer diagnosis. Methods 104 cases of suspected breast cancer patients re-ceived by Xuyi County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects. They were tested by analyzed by conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography singly and in combination. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of single and combined examination were compared according to patients'pathological results after surgery, which were regarded as the gold standard. Results The pathological diagnosis of 104 patients with suspected breast cancer through surgery showed that 62 cases were diagnosed with breast cancer, accounting for 59.62%,and 42 cases were diagnosed with benign breast tumors, accounting for 40.38%.The sensitivity of 98.39%and accuracy of 97.12%of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis were higher than those of single examination diagnosis, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=12.705,9.656,both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in specificity of single and combined examination diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical diagnosis of breast can-cer can take conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography, compared with single examination diagnosis has a higher sensitivity and accuracy, providing reliable imaging support for the follow-up treatment of clinical diseases.
