Objective To analyze the effect on the treatment of facial acne scars with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser and the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with facial acne scar ad-mitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were purely ran-domly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 75 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with microneedle technology and the observation group was treated with super-pulse carbon dioxide dot matrix laser.The efficacy and clinical prognosis of the two groups were com-pared.Results The acne scar status score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The acne scar quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the observation group was 2.67%lower than that in the control group(12.00%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.807,P<0.05).The relevant indexes of recovery after treatment in the ob-servation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of superpulse carbon dioxide dot matrix laser in the treatment of facial acne scars can effectively improve the status and properties of acne scars,and has good therapeutic safety.
