Objective To compare the efficacy of ECG plate exercise test and Holter ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CAD).Methods A total of 158 suspected CAD patients admitted to the ECG diagnosis Department of Changzhi People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and electrocardiogram plate exercise test and dynamic ter examination were performed.Taking coronary angiography results as the gold standard,the detection results,diagnostic efficacy and detec-tion of coronary heart disease were analyzed.Results The results of coronary angiography showed that among 158 suspected CAD patients,102 were positive and 56 were negative,of which 90 were positive and 44 were negative in the dynamic electrocardiogram test group,98 were positive and 50 were negative in the electrocar-diogram treadmill exercise test group.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ECG treadmill exercise test were 96.10%,89.30%and 93.70%,respectively,which were higher than 88.20%,78.60%and 84.80%of holter ECG diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.347,4.391,9.828,all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CAD of electrocardiogram plate exercise test are higher than that of dynamic electrocardiogram,which is more worthy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
