Value Analysis of DCE-MRI+Molybdenum X-ray in Diagnosing the Benign and Malignant of Small Breast Nodes

摘要
目的 探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imag-ing,DCE-MRI)+钼靶X线诊断乳腺小结节良恶性的价值.方法 随机选取枣庄市市中区人民医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的100例乳腺小结节患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受DCE-MRI、钼靶X线检查.以病理检查结果为诊断的金标准,分析DCE-MRI、钼靶X线及两者联合诊断乳腺小结节良恶性的效果.结果 病理的检查结果显示,40例为恶性结节,60例为良性结节.DCE-MRI+钼靶X线的灵敏度(95.00%)、特异度(98.33%)以及准确度(97.00%),相比于DCE-MRI、钼靶X线单独诊断更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.921、6.411、12.615,P均<0.05).DCE-MRI+钼靶X线对于浸润性导管癌、导管内原位癌、乳房佩吉特病合并导管原位癌的诊断符合率相比于DCE-MRI、钼靶X线单独诊断均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 相比于DCE-MRI或钼靶X线,DCE-MRI+钼靶X线诊断恶性乳腺小结节的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度更高,可为临床提供理论参考.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)+molybdenum target X-ray in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules.Methods 100 patients with breast nodules admitted to the People's Hospital of Shizhong District,Zaozhuang City from Janu-ary 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent DCE-MRI and molyb-denum target X-ray examination.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard for diagnosis,ana-lyze the effectiveness of DCE-MRI,molybdenum target X-ray,and their combined diagnosis for benign and ma-lignant breast nodules.Results The pathological findings showed that 40 cases were malignant and 60 cases were benign.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of DCE-MRI+molybdenum target X-ray were 95.00%,98.33%and 97.00%,respectively,higher than those of DCE-MRI and molybdenum target X-ray sigle diagno-sis,the differences were statistically significant(χ2=12.921,6.411,12.615,all P<0.05).The diagnostic coinci-dence rate of DCE-MRI+mammography for invasive ductal carcinoma,intraductal carcinoma in situ,Paget dis-ease combined with ductal carcinoma in situ were higher than those of DCE-MRI and molybdenum X-ray sigle diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to DCE-MRI or mo-lybdenum target X-ray,DCE-MRI+molybdenum target X-ray has higher sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in diagnosing malignant breast nodules,providing theoretical reference for clinical practice.
