Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler examination for patients with gesta-tional hypertension.Methods A total of 98 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects.49 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension combined with fetal distress were included in the hypertensive fetal embarrassment group,and 49 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were included in the hypertension group.In the same period.49 healthy pregnant women were selected as the normal control group.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was performed in all of them.The ratio of systolic maximal flow rate to end-diastolic flow rate(S/D),the pleth index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of umbilical ar-tery were compared among the 3 groups.Results Hypertensive fetal embarrassment group,hypertension group,comparison of umbilical arterial hemodynamics indexes in normal control group,the two groups before were higher than the normal reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in cerebral arterial hemodynamics between hypertensive fetal embarrassment group hypertension group,and normal control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler is of great clinical value in fetal distress in pregnant women with gestational hypertension,which is conducive to the accurate evaluation of patients.
