Objective To analyze the effect of Shenfu injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on pa-tients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure treated in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conven-tional treatment,and the observation group were treated with conventional treatment plus Shenfu injection com-bined with Qiliqiangxin capsule.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function and myocardial enzyme level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(94.87%)was higher than that of control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.129,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,cardiac output,cardiac output index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase MB in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection com-bined with Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,which can improve the curative effect,improve heart function and reduce myocardial enzyme expression.
