摘要
目的 观察脑梗死患者接受化痰通络汤联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液的治疗效果.方法 简单随机选择2018年1月—2023年10月淮安市中医院收治的60例脑梗死患者为研究对象,以等量数字随机法分为对照组、研究组,每组30例.对照组采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,研究组采用化痰通络汤联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗.对比两组治疗前后临床指标、脑血流动力学指标、临床疗效.结果 治疗后研究组神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、认知功能、中医证候积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后研究组大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉平均血流速度分别为(40.06±2.27)cm/s、(41.38±2.76)cm/s、(29.11±2.35)cm/s优于对照组的(34.88±2.26)、(37.42±2.74)、(26.20±2.34)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(t=8.857、5.577、4.806,P均<0.001).治疗后研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 化痰通络汤联合丁苯酞氧化钠注射液治疗脑梗死,可改善患者神经功能缺损程度、日常生活活动功能和认知水平,提高患者脑血流动力学指标,进一步提高临床治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with sodium chloride injection of butylphthalein on patients cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction disease admitted to Huaian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects.All patients were divided into in the control group and the study group by equal numerical randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalein sodium chloride injections and the study group was treated with Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with butylphthalein sodium chloride injection respectively.The clinical indexes,cerebral hemody-namic indexes and clinical effect before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results After treat-ment,the degree of neurological impairment,ability of daily living,cognitive function and TCM syndrome score of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity indexes of anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery were(40.06±2.27)cm/s,(41.38±2.76)cm/s and(29.11±2.35)cm/s in the study group,which were better than those of the control group(34.88±2.26)cm/s,(37.42±2.74)cm/s and(26.20±2.34)cm/s,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.857,5.577,4.806,all P<0.001).After treat-ment,the clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huatan Tongluo Tang and sodium chloride injec-tion of butylphthalide can improve the degree of neurological deficits,daily living activity function,and cogni-tive level in patients with cerebral infarction,enhance cerebral hemodynamic indicators,and further enhance clinical treatment effectiveness.
