Objective To analyze the value of Entecavir+Kuhuang injection+diammonium glycyrrhiz-inate injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.Methods A total of 97 patients of chronic hepatitis disease treated in Binhai County People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method.48 pa-tients in the control group were treated with Entecavir,while 49 patients in the observation group were treated with Kuhuang injection+diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection on the basis of the control group.The indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis,the clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups of pa-tients.Results After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotrans-ferase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.17%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.521,P=0.033).The liver fibrosis indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with Kuhuang injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate in-jection can acheive a significant effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis patients.It can also improve the liver function of patients.
