Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Nimodipine in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

摘要
目的 探究针刺联合尼莫地平治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果.方法 便利选取2022年9月—2023年11月金昌市中心医院收治的72例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,利用双色球分组法分为常规组(红球)和研究组(白球),各36例.常规组予以基本治疗方案,研究组在常规组基础上予以针刺治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后脑血管动力学参数、治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分和中医证候积分.结果 研究组的治疗有效率、治疗后脑血管动力学参数均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组治疗后NIHSS评分和中医证候积分分别为(4.55±1.30)分、(9.58±3.13)分,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.996、11.809,P均<0.05).结论 针刺联合尼莫地平治疗可有效减轻缺血性脑卒中患者的症状,改善脑血管动力,促进神经功能恢复,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with nimodipine in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with ischemic stroke in Jinchang Central Hospital from Sep-tember 2022 to November 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(red ball)and the research group(white ball)by bicolor ball grouping method,with 36 cases each group.The conventional group was treated with the basic treatment program,and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with nimodipine on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment effi-ciency,cerebrovascular dynamics parameters before and after treatment,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores before and after treatment,and Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate and cerebral vascular dynamics parameters of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were(4.55±1.30)points and(9.58±3.13)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.996,11.809,both P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of ischemic stroke patients,improve cerebrovascular dynamics,promote neu-rological function recovery,and has high safety.
