Objective To explore the application effect of Yangyin Sanjie decoction combined with levothy-roxine tablets in postoperative patients with differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).Methods A total of 84 DTC pa-tients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levo-thyroxine tablets,and the study group was treated with Yangyin Sanjie decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Compare the two groups total effective treatment,thyroid hormone and immune function index level.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.126,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone,thyroglobulin and CD8+in the study group were lower,and the level of CD4+was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The combination of Yangyin Sanjie decoction and levothyroxine tablets has an ideal application effect in postoperative DTC patients,which can improve their thyroid hormone levels and immune function.
