Objective To study the effect of mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules on recur-rence after hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of seventy-six patients with hysteromyomectomy treated in Li-anyungang Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were conve-niently selected as the study objects.The group was divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group were given mifepristone treatment,and the ob-servation group were given mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules treatment.The treatment effect,ovarian function,cytokine level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compari-son of clinical efficacy between the two groups showed that the observation group was 92.11%higher than the control group(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.547,P<0.05).The level of interleu-kin-22 was higher in the observation group and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and tumor necrosis factor-α were lower in the observation groups,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules can protect ovarian function,regulate cytokine expression level,improve curative effect and reduce re-currence.
