Analysis of the Appication Effects of Ultrasound-guided Puncture Interventional Therapy and Laparoscopic Fenestration Drainage in Patients with Liver Cysts
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided puncture interventional therapy and lapa-roscopic fenestration drainage in patients with liver cysts.Methods Forty liver cysts patients admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital of Yantai City from January 2022 to September 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objetcs.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group treated with laparoscopic fenestration drainage and the study control treated with ultrasound-guided puncture intervention.The gastrointestinal function indicators,liver function indicators and complication rates of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The postopera-tive recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The liver functions of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of com-plications in the study group was 10.00%,and lower than that in the control group 35.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.291,P<0.05).Conclusion After ultrasound-guided puncture interventional treatment,patients'gastrointestinal function indicators and liver function indicators are better,and the inci-dence of complications is lower.
