Aconitum traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of medicinal use in our country,mainly including radix aconiti agrestis,monkshood and aconite,covering many biologically active substances.Since the toxic dose of this type of traditional Chinese medicine is similar to the therapeutic dose,the clinical therapeutic window is narrow,and poisoning events and adverse reactions often occur during use,thus restrict-ing its widespread use.In-depth exploration of the effects and effects of the processing and compatibility of toxic aconitum traditional Chinese medicine on the acute toxicity of aconitum,and the related mechanisms of its toxicity were analyzed.It has positive significance for the rational development of new Aconitum preparations and improving the safety of use of Aconitum traditional Chinese medicines,and helps to provide effective guid-ance for the rational use of Aconitum traditional Chinese medicines.In this paper,the relevent reports are ana-lyzed,and the research progress on the meohanism of processing and compatibility of toxic aconite Chinese medicine is reviewed.
