Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Vonorazan in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to the Gastroen-terology Department of Red Flag Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vonorosen,and the obser-vation group was treated with Vonorosen combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.081,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin,motilin and vasoactive in-testinal peptide in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The inflammatory factors levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of reflux esophagitis with Kangfuxin liquid combined with Vonorazan has a remarkable effect,which can improve the level of gastrointestinal hormone and alleviate inflammation in patients.
