Objective To explore the improvement effect of Xiaoyin Granule combined with tacrolimus on pain and immune indexes in patients with chronic eczema.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic eczema from Shandong Veterans General Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by computer random assignment,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus and the observation group was trented with Xiaoyin granule combined with tacrolimus.The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,immune function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than the control group's 78.72%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Tacrolimus combined with Xiaoyin granules for chronic eczema patients can improve the therapeutic ef-fect,reduce the level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,enhance immune function and improve the sleep quality of patients.
