Objective To explore the therapeutic value of bone injury in traditional Chinese medicine for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Ninety-two patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2023 were se-lected as the study objects and divided into control group(Western medicine treatment)and observation group(Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury treatment)by random number table method,forty-six cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, subjective and objective scores, pain scores and cervical spine function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than the control group's 84.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.929,P<0.05).The subjective, objective, and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The scores of pain degree and cervical spine function in the observation group af-ter treatment were(2.29±0.73)points and(8.33±1.67)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(4.75±1.48)points,(13.27±1.58)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.168,9.581,both P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury treatment in the conventional Western medicine treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a better therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the patient's cervical spine function and reduce pain.
