Objective To explore the application value of Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the treating patients with phlegm-heat stagnation lung type chronic bronchitis during acute attack.Methods A total of eighty pa-tients in Huangdao District People's Hospital of Qingdao from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected for studied,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)according to lottery method.Conventional treatment,conventional treatment+Qingjin Huatan Decoction treatment were carried out respectively.The inflammatory factors,therapeutic effect and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effectiveness of the study group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.804,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was statistically significant differences in the related indexes of inflammatory factors between study group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When Qingjin Huatan Decoction is applied to patients with acute exac-erbation of chronic bronchitis of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type,it can promote the level of inflammatory fac-tors and the improvement of TCM syndromes,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
