Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule Adjuvant Therapy on Curative Effect and Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum Index of Patients with Recurrent Angina Pectoris after PCI of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on recurrent angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its effect on myocardial enzyme spectrum.Methods A total of 120 CHD patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI who were admitted to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effi-cacy,cardiac function indexes and myocardial enzyme spectrum levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in left ventricular end-systolic volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The myo-cardial enzyme spectrum index levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Tongxinluo cap-sule on recurrent angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease is better,which can improve cardiac func-tion and regulate myocardial enzyme spectrum activity.
