Objective To explore the effect of Qinhao Danqing Decoction combined with Jiangjun Decoc-tion combined with laparoscopic operation on patients with cholecystitis combined with cholelithiasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cholecystitis combined with cholelithiasis treated in Funing County Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study objects,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic operation alone,and in the observation group were treated with Qinhao Danqing Decoction combined with Jiangjun Decoction based on laparoscopic operation.Symptom scores and clinical treatment effectiveness of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the ob-servation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P=0.023).The symptom scores in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation combined with Qinhao Danqing Decoction combined with the Jiangjun Decoction in the treatment of cholecystitis with cho-lelithiasis patients has good clinical effect,conducive to improve the symptoms of patients.
