Objective To explore the renal function of combined Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on uremia patients on the basis of hemodialysis treatment,especially the status of renal function.Methods A total of 70 pa-tients with uremia were admitted to Funing County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Prov-ince from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random lottery method,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in control group received hemodialysis treatment and the observation group received hemodialysis and Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction treat-ment.The renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism were compared between two groups.Results Renal function index in the observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment the calcium level in observation group(2.46±0.25)mmol/L was higher than that in control group(2.31±0.23)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.438,P<0.05).The level of phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of hemodialysis treatment,Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction can improve uremia patients'renal function and metabolic function.
