Objective To study the clinical effect of mifepristone+Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid in the treat-ment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study ob-jects,and were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to different treatment method.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with XuefuZhuyu oral liquid.The improvement of lesion,hormone value,hemorheology value and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.314,P=0.006).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hormone and hemorheology be-tween the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hormone and hemorheology indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.50%)was higher than that in the control group(0),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.012,P=0.314).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine fibroids,the combination of mifepristone and Xuefuzhuyu oral liquid an effectively im-prove the hemorheology and hormone level of patients,optimize clinical symptoms,narrow the lesions,and the drug is relatively safe.
